Attitude

• Should be able to handle the development independently.
• Should be able to prioritize items so that they can do 1 item at a time.

Communication

• Good oral communications in English.
• Good writing skills in English.
• Should be able to talk to client and stakeholders.

Technical

• Responsible for managing the interchange of data between server and users.
• Integration of user facing elements developed by front end developer with server side logic.
• Strong proficiency with Javascript.
• Development of rich Applications using Node Js and frameworks available for it.
• Good Understanding of server side templating Language (such as Jade, EJS etc.)
• Understanding of front end technology such as HTML, HTML5, CSS.
• User authentication and authorisation between multiple systems, servers, environments.
• Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system.
