We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager who can own growth, drive ROI, and manage international clients with precision. This role demands a mix of strategy, execution, communication, and performance optimization across SEO, SMM, and paid media

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance Marketing & Growth:

  • 1. Plan, execute, and optimize ROI-focused campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms

  • 2. Build and manage full-funnel marketing strategies (awareness → conversion → retention)

  • 3. Continuously improve CPL, CAC, and ROAS

  • SEO + AEO + GEO (Next-Gen Search):

  • 1. Lead SEO strategy (technical, on-page, off-page) for global clients

  • 2. Optimize for AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) & AI-driven search visibility

  • 3. Implement GEO strategies for international market targeting

  • Social Media & Content Strategy:

  • 1. Manage SMM campaigns focused on engagement + lead generation

  • 2. Guide team on creative direction, brand storytelling, and content positioning

  • 3. Ensure all creatives align with brand guidelines + performance goals

  • Funnel-Based Marketing:

  • 1. Design and optimize conversion funnels (landing pages, lead magnets, retargeting)

  • 2. Improve lead quality and conversion rates across channels

  • 3. Work closely with design/dev teams for high-converting assets

  • International Client Management:

  • 1. Handle global clients with strong communication and reporting

  • 2. Present performance reports, insights, and growth strategies

  • 3. Act as the primary point of contact ensuring retention and upsell

  • Data, Analytics & Optimization:

  • 1. Track KPIs using tools like GA4, Search Console, Meta, CRM

  • 2. Derive insights and take data-backed decisions

  • 3. Run A/B tests across ads, creatives, and funnels

Preferred Qualifications :

  • 1. Strong expertise in SEO, SMM, Paid Media (Google & Meta Ads)

  • 2. Knowledge of AEO, GEO, and AI-driven marketing trends

  • 3. Experience in performance marketing & funnel optimization

  • 4. Deep understanding of content strategy + branding psychology

  • 5. Ability to think strategically + execute fast

  • 6. Excellent communication skills (international clients)

  • 7. Creative mindset with attention to brand guidelines

Preferred Experience :

  • 1. 3+ years in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing roles

  • 2. Experience managing international clients (US, UK, UAE, etc.)
