We are seeking a dynamic Business Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing all regional activities related to sales and marketing, focusing on new business development, maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage all regional sales and marketing activities.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing services and products

  • Monitor competitors' products and promotional strategies, providing regular feedback to management.

  • Establish and manage a distributor and dealer network under the guidance of ASM/RSM to drive sales.

  • Train and guide dealer sales teams to assist in closing sales.

  • Maintain relationships with key clients and influencers (Architects, Builders, Interior Designers, Consultants) to generate leads proactively.

  • Promote the business by building the brand name.

  • Prepare and publish daily/weekly/monthly sales reports as required.

  • Track customer information, conduct business forecasting, and provide regular reports.

  • Meet regional monthly and annual sales quotas by implementing strategic business plans.

  • Adhere to operational procedures defined by management and maintain a database of customers, sales, and leads.
