We are looking for experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidates should have 1 to 3 years of experience in managing digital marketing campaigns and possess a strong understanding of various digital marketing channels and strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Study the market area for marketing and plan effective marketing strategies.

  • Deploy performance marketing campaigns on various platforms such as AdWords, Facebook ads, LinkedIn ads, and offline channels from ideation to execution.

  • Plan and monitor the company's presence on social media platforms like Twitter, Facebook, etc.

  • Research industry and competitor trends to apply best practices.

  • Understand the company's goals and digital marketing needs, including SEM, Social Media, Display Advertising, Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, and more.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive campaign strategy and development.

  • Identify growth opportunities and drive revenue.

  • Research and stay updated on emerging online trends and best practices in the digital marketing industry.

  • Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing them against goals (ROI and KPIs).

  • Ensure brand consistency in marketing and social media messages.

  • Expand the company's social media presence on new and existing platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.

  • Monitor SEO and user engagement, suggesting content optimization.

  • Provide constructive feedback to improve campaign performance.

  • Review new technologies and keep the company updated on digital marketing developments.

  • Edit and post videos, podcasts, and audio content online.

  • Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors.

Required Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in managing digital marketing campaigns.

  • Understanding of SEM (Google AdWords), SEO, Google Analytics, Display Advertising, Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Social Media Marketing.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client servicing skills.

  • Strong time management and organizational skills.

  • Proactive self-starter with a strategic mindset.

  • Education in Online Marketing will be preferred.

  • Experience in managing paid campaigns on digital platforms with higher budgets is a must.

  • Background in computer applications, online marketing, or digital marketing is preferred.
